What data we collect, what we use it for, and how you can ask us to delete it.

What we collect

We only collect what you write to us. There are no accounts and you never need to register to browse the site.

Contact form

Your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and the message you write.

WhatsApp button

The name and message you type are sent to WhatsApp to start the conversation. From that point on, the chat is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Technical data

Our server briefly records your IP address to limit form submissions and curb spam. We do not use it to identify you and we do not combine it with anything else.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you and handle your enquiry or booking. We do not build profiles, we do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Who it is shared with

Your details arrive in the spa's email inbox. Making that work involves our email provider and, if you write to us there, WhatsApp. The contact page embeds a Google map, which may set Google's own cookies when it loads; if you would rather avoid that, do not open that page or block third-party cookies in your browser.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to help you and to keep a record of our relationship. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Cookies and storage

We use no advertising cookies and no analytics tools: we do not measure your behaviour or follow you around other websites. We only store two of your preferences: the language you picked and whether you prefer light or dark mode. Both stay in your browser and tell us nothing about who you are.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Just write to us and we will sort it out; no special form needed.
